Viglan Plugins (plugins.viglan.com) is run by Muhammad Haris Zuberi, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan. These terms are an agreement between you and him.
These terms cover every plugin sold on this site. We like to keep things simple and honest. In plain terms:
Each plugin is sold separately as a one-time purchase with full access to every feature — not a subscription and not an ongoing service. When you buy one, your copy is yours. Every plugin here is licensed under the GPL, so you are free to use it on your sites and modify it however you see fit. There is no service you are locked into. All updates within the same major version are included free; a future major version may be offered as a separate upgrade.
Buying one plugin does not include the others. Each is priced and licensed on its own, and you can buy them in any order, at any time.
A purchase covers the plugin exactly as described on its page. Custom edits and customisation are not included, and they are not sold through this site.
Every WordPress site is different. We test each plugin carefully, but we cannot guarantee any of them will work with every host, theme or combination of other plugins. If a plugin does not work on your particular site, that is not our fault or responsibility — please try it on a staging copy first. The software is provided as is, and we make no promise of any specific search-engine ranking, conversion rate or other business result.
Every plugin comes with a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with it for any reason, ask for a refund within 15 days of your purchase and you will get the full amount back. No questions asked. The details are in our Refund Policy.

Orders are processed by the online reseller shown at checkout, such as Freemius or Paddle. That reseller is the Merchant of Record for the order: it takes the payment, issues the receipt or invoice, handles sales tax and VAT, and processes refunds. Its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
