## How to ask for a refund

Email support@plugins.viglan.com from the address you bought with, and include your order number if you have it.

## How the refund is paid

The refund goes back to your original payment method through the reseller that processed your order (the Merchant of Record shown at checkout). Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.

## After a refund

The licence for that purchase is switched off, so downloads and updates for it stop.
