We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone. ## Who we are Viglan Plugins is the software product line of Muhammad Haris Zuberi, an independent WordPress and server engineer based in Pakistan. This site is plugins.viglan.com. You can reach us at support@plugins.viglan.com or on WhatsApp at +92 330 6497888. ## What we collect **When you buy a plugin.** Your name, email address and the country used for tax purposes. We store your email and the licence key issued to you so that your account panel can serve your downloads and so your plugin can check for updates. **When you contact us.** Whatever you put in the contact form or send us by email or WhatsApp – typically your name, email address, the plugin you are asking about and your message. **When you browse.** Pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and anonymous interaction data such as clicks and scroll depth. This is collected by our own analytics, which runs on this server. ## Payments – we never see your card Card payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. Your card number never reaches this site and we never store it. The provider passes us only what we need to fulfil the order: your name, email address and the country for tax purposes. Their own privacy policy governs what they hold. If you pay by bank transfer or against an invoice, we hold the invoice and the payment reference for as long as our tax obligations require. ## Cookies and consent A consent banner appears on your first visit. Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary to run the site is set until you choose. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the corner of every page. - **Strictly necessary** – session and consent-state cookies. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site. - **Analytics** – only if you allow it. Used to understand which pages and plugins people actually look at. - **Preferences** – remembers choices such as your cookie decision. ## Analytics and third-party services Our own analytics runs on this server and the data stays with us. Where third-party services are used – for example Google Analytics via Site Kit, or the fonts and scripts a page needs – they are loaded in line with your consent choice and Google Consent Mode. We have no control over what those providers do with data you send them directly, and their own policies apply. ## Live chat If you open the chat widget, the messages you send, your email address if you give one, and the page you were on are stored so that we can answer you and keep a record of the conversation. ## How long we keep things Purchase and licence records are kept for as long as your licence is valid and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support conversations are kept while they are useful for supporting you. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. If you ask us to delete something and we are not required to keep it, we will. ## Your rights You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@plugins.viglan.com and we will respond.
